Football League fixtures for 2018/19 announced

Today saw the release of the English Football League fixtures for the 2018/19 season. First match of the season will see Derby travel to Reading on Friday August 3rd in one of 4 Championship matches being shown live on Sky over the first weekend of the new season.

Also live will be Sheffield United at home to Swansea in an early evening kickoff on the Saturday, followed by Leeds at home to Stoke on Sunday and Hull v Aston Villa in the Monday night match.

The regular season will run through to 5th May 2019 with the Championship play-off final 27th May. For a full list of Championship fixtures see:

Stoke and West Brom are joint favourites to win the Championship at 6/1 with BetVictor followed by Middlesbrough at 8/1 and Swansea & Leeds at 10/1.

Favourites to be relegated are Bolton and Rotherham.
